David and I have already decided that we both like sinks that have just 1 knob to control the water temperate instead of two.

Lillian, I absolutely love that you have thought about this! And you two even agree- YEAH!!!!
yeah imagine two spouts!!! one for hot and one for cold- if you want to wash your face- you need to cup your hands with the cold first and then add the hot to that so you don't scald your hands first!
I like the single one from a cleaner prospective. Since I do clean both for work on a daily basis, I like the single one, because you can line up the knob stait down the middle and it looks sharp!
