A couple of days ago I was trying to get Nathan to come over to me so I could change his diaper. Lately it has been a chasing game to catch him in order to change his diaper. I told Nathan to bring Max over to me and then we could put a diaper on Max. He did, and I guess he really liked it since he always drags Max over to me when I tell him to come over for a diaper change. Sometimes diaper changes still involve chases, kicking, and screaming but Max makes it a little bit easier sometimes.

Wow! This brings back memories! Emerson went through that stage when I was pregnant with Brooklyn!! I came to dread diaper change time! I would get so hot and sweaty by the end because he refused to stay on his back so I had to try to hold him down WHILE changing him! And I would be so frustrated by the end I would start crying! (My hormones are always bad when I'm pregnant!!) That's good you figured out a trick! I tried giving Emerson every toy or book I could think of but it didn't work! Finally he started to do a little better if I would sing a song while I changed him.
I love this post... so funny! And he has the cutest smile ever... such a handsome kid! :)
